Policies

I offer an initial free, 15-minute phone consultation to provide you with more information about my services and determine if I am the right therapist for your needs. Intake and ongoing therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Fees and Payment:

Payment can be made with credit card or cash and must be rendered at each session. Please contact me to discuss my fee and availability.

Insurance:

I am not contracted with insurance companies, so am considered an "out of network" provider. Please contact your insurance company to determine if you have out of network benefits and the specifics of your coverage. If you are seeking to submit an out of network insurance claim, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can send to your insurance company for this claim.

Cancellation Policy:

If unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance or simply do not show up for an appointment, your credit card on file will be charged your full session fee for the time reserved.

E-mail Policy:

E-mail can be used for the purpose of scheduling and changing appointments. The same 48-hour cancellation policy applies using this means of communication. E-mail will not be used to discuss clinical information. Please do not share any confidential information or report a psychiatric crisis by e-mail.
